Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I ship with Royal Mail to countries in the EU, USA, Canada and Australia.
An extra shipping charge will be applied to the final balance (£15 EU, £20 rest of world)

What photographs do you require?
I ask for a selection of clear photos of your pet, ideally taken from various angles of your dogs face.
The photos should be taken from straight on, and also showing the side profile.
It's important to make sure that any markings that you would like me to include are clearly shown.
You can show me your favourite photo to follow, and its always helpful to make sure the lighting shows accurate colouring of the fur.
How long does each portrait take to make?
Each portrait takes approximately 2-3 days to create and frame. At the end of this process, I will always send a photograph of the portrait to make sure that you are happy with how its turned out, before I send it to you.
Can you add some of my pets fur?
Yes , I am happy to add fur to the portrait at no extra cost. As the wool fibres need to connect with the fur, it should be over 1 inch long and clean.
Do you only felt dog portraits?
I'm happy to create any pet. Cats and horses are popular too and can be purchased in the same way as the dog portraits. For any other animal, please send me a message before ordering.
